• Support for operational activities in compliance with Holy Cow ! standards • Service responsibility and team management • Assistance to the Manager in administrative and management tasks • Opening and closing of the restaurant • Applying Holy Cow ! standards in the kitchen and service • Customer communication (obtaining customer satisfaction, managing customer complaints, sales and advice to our customers) • Daily orders of our fresh products and stock control • You can demonstrate practical experience in the areas mentioned above or have already acquired initial management experience • You are customer-oriented, flexible and quality-conscious • You demonstrate good team spirit • You are used to working in very busy and fast-paced workplaces • You speak French very well. English is an asset.
