In order to complete our teams, we are looking for, immediately or to be agreed upon, several:

Assistant in community nursing and health (ASSC) 50% - 100%

Main tasks:

• Perform, upon delegation from the nurse, medical acts while respecting the steps of the care act
• Perform hygiene and comfort care as well as household help
• Accompany and assist clients in daily life activities through basic care
• Participate in rehabilitation and re-education measures aimed at maintaining mobility
• Provide health promotion and disease prevention advice
• Manage the administrative part related to your activity

Profile:

• CFC assistant in community nursing and health
• First professional experience considered an asset
• Dynamic and flexible
• Ability to work autonomously and with a good team spirit
• Interest in home care and elderly people
• Mastery of usual IT tools
• Driver's license and vehicle required
