Construction Manager Our client, a renowned architecture firm in the Zürich and St. Gallen region, is looking for a dedicated, experienced and ambitious: Employment Temporary employment 100% Work location Zürich-St. Gallen Requirements \- Completed training in the field of architecture or civil engineering - Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in the construction industry, preferably in Switzerland - Experience with demanding construction projects of any size - Proficient use of MS Office and common construction project management tools - Category B driver's license and willingness to undertake regular business trips - Strong organizational and communication skills as well as assertiveness Scope of activities \- Overall management and coordination of construction projects from planning to completion - Monitoring and control of construction execution as well as compliance with quality standards and deadlines - Communication and coordination with clients, architects, authorities and tradespeople - Budget and cost control as well as documentation of construction progress - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building regulations
