Wood Engineer 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with various partners in the construction sector
• Analyze technical files, calls for tender and public markets
• Establish cost estimates and contribute to the preparation of offers
• Analyze client needs and propose adapted technical solutions
• Study the feasibility of projects and develop optimized constructive concepts
• Participate in the design and improvement of high-performance and sustainable wood structures
• Perform or supervise the dimensioning calculations of wood structures and assemblies
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the quality and success of projects

Profile

• HES engineering degree in wood technology or Civil Engineer
• Proven experience of several years in a similar function in Switzerland
• Mastery of structural calculation software and design tools dedicated to the wood field
• Strong skills in technical analysis and problem solving
• Ease in exchanges with clients, partners and project stakeholders
• Spirit of initiative, sense of responsibility and solution orientation
