Project Manager Fire Extinguishing Systems

You lead technical projects in the field of fire extinguishing systems and are responsible for execution, costs, deadlines and quality throughout the entire project duration.

Tasks

• Management of projects in the field of fire extinguishing systems incl. technical execution
• Responsibility for cost control, scheduling and quality assurance
• Coordination of internal specialist departments, service technicians, planning partners and subcontractors
• Clarification of technical questions with customers and specialist planners
• Support of commissioning, functional tests and acceptances
• Creation of project documentation
• Processing of project deviations, additional services and supplements

Profile

• Completed technical basic training, e.g. sanitary, heating, building technology or plant engineering
• Experience in managing technical projects, ideally building technology or fire protection
• Knowledge of sprinkler, high-pressure water mist or gas extinguishing systems
• Qualification as a specialist for VKF water extinguishing systems is an advantage or willingness to acquire it
• Structured, independent way of working and confident communication with project partners
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
