With approximately 120 employees, we are active in the fields of high-rise construction and modernization, civil engineering and road works, floors and coatings as well as transport - committed, professional and solidly anchored in the Oberaargau region.

We are looking for 1 September 2026 or by arrangement an experienced construction worker (m/f). If you like working with precision, contributing effectively to construction sites and being part of a solid team, then you are in the right place with us!

Your tasks:

• Execution of various high-rise construction works
• Assistance with formwork, concreting, masonry and demolition works
• Autonomous execution of works according to available technical skills
• Use of machines and equipment according to qualification
• Support of the site team for all tasks to be performed

What you bring:

• Several years of practical experience in high-rise construction
• Good technical knowledge and manual dexterity
• Good knowledge of German
• Category B driving license an asset
• Team spirit and reliability
• Enjoyment of working in a family business
