construction project manager for execution planning with perspectives, 90-100% (w/m/d)

tasks

• your primary focus will be the execution planning of demanding construction projects
• in doing so, you will create and coordinate execution and detail plans and ensure technical feasibility
• furthermore, you will coordinate the planning with specialist planners, contractors, clients, as well as other project participants
• depending on professional experience and interest, you can gradually take on more responsibility, see benefits below
• in doing so, you accompany projects with regard to quality, deadlines, costs, and professional implementation
• the workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on preference

requirements

• you are a construction professional who has basic training as a draughtsman architecture / architectural draughtsman or construction craftsman (mason / carpenter or similar)
• additionally, you have trained and/or further educated yourself as an architect ETH / FH or technician HF building construction
• sound knowledge of Swiss construction law, standards, and building regulations is important
• furthermore, you possess a high degree of communication and leadership skills as well as problem-solving competence
• do you also describe yourself as cooperative, proactive, and strong in planning?
