Job Description Integrated within the Dial Workshop and under the responsibility of the Workshop Manager, your main mission will be to be the professional referent for Machining, Guillochage, and Laser activities, while ensuring the operational supervision of a team of approximately 15 employees. In this context, your main responsibilities will be to : • Ensure compliance with daily objectives in terms of quality, quantity, deadlines and efficiency • Ensure the daily operational management of the workshop: scheduling, planning and absence management as well as the supervision and coordination of the team on a daily basis • Ensure the upward and downward flow of information related to the functioning of the team and contribute to the operational performance of the workshop • Support the training and development of your direct reports and ensure the smooth running of the sector • Collaborate closely with the Finishing Team Leader and cross-functional teams • Work in connection with the Industrialization, Quality, Workshop Assistant and Industrialization Project Manager teams • Participate in workshop evolution projects Qualifications • Holder of a training in the Technical field, you have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment • Knowledge of scheduling and/or planning as well as team management is an asset • You possess advanced skills in the Office Suite and have already worked on an ERP • Committed and rigorous, you are passionate about your work and you like to transmit your knowledge with pedagogy and diplomacy • You also demonstrate organization and know how to make decisions • Finally, thanks to your ease of contact, you know how to unite a team towards a common goal Additional Information What we offer: • Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) • 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes • A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities • The possibility, depending on the function, to work remotely • A company restaurant • An advantageous LPP Do you wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
