Our client is a Valais company active in the bakery sector. As part of a temporary replacement for maternity leave, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist at 40–50% to join its team.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You ensure complete management of salaries
• You manage social insurances and associated administrative procedures
• You supervise the various stages of the monthly payroll process
• You are responsible for closings and the annual closing
• You participate in a project related to the evolution of the payroll process

You offer your new employer

• You hold a CFC as a commercial employee, ideally supplemented by specialized training in salaries/HR
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in salary management
• You master Swiss social insurances and payroll processes
• You are comfortable with the autonomous management of salaries for a volume of approximately 500 employees
• You demonstrate flexibility, rigor, and resilience in your work
