For our blue Cinema Abaton, in the middle of the pulsating west of Zürich, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality as an Allrounder Cinema and Projection (m/f/d) starting 1. August 2026 or by arrangement, primarily for shifts on weekends and public holidays on an hourly basis. Furthermore, you will also be deployed for us during the week if required. We rely on flexible team members who enjoy working in a 7-day operation. After the induction phase, you will be able to provide your energetic support in the cinema according to the deployment plan. Your area of responsibility Operation, monitoring and maintenance of all cinema, projection and building technical systems (incl. alarm system) Ensuring image, sound, light, climate and screen content quality in all halls Recognizing and rectifying malfunctions in the audio and projection systems Friendly and competent guest service and advice Entrance control as well as sale of tickets, vouchers and various kiosk items in the cinema Responsibility for the cash float and ensuring correct accounting Ensuring compliance with service standards and hygiene guidelines Cleaning work in the cinema area Training and support of our new employees Operational preparation, setup and implementation of events Ensuring the proper handling, control and administration of film and event content (DCP, Keys, Playlists) Technical support for events and ensuring a smooth process in the areas of audio, light, projection, presentation technology and media playback Your profile You have experience in the service sector and bring understanding as well as interest in technical processes We host our guests 7 days a week, therefore we require your readiness for evening and weekend shifts and you are ready to step in flexibly if required Taking on responsibility and an organized way of working are a matter of course for you In hectic situations, you react calmly and act proactively You are communicative and understand German perfectly; other languages are an advantage You enjoy working in a team, proactively share your knowledge and show active helpfulness With your cheerful and open manner, you inspire our guests and convince them again and again with your recommendations We can rely on your independent and service-oriented way of working Your next step We look forward to your complete and meaningful application.
