To strengthen regional activities, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded, experienced, and committed personality as Managing Director for the Basel metropolitan area 100% (a) Your tasks: • Acquisition and development of new real estate and interim use projects • Responsibility for the successful implementation and management of existing projects • Ensuring operational processes and the quality of services • Building, leading, and further developing a small team • Maintaining existing customer relationships as well as targeted expansion of the regional network • Personal support of owners, business partners, and other contact persons • Conducting negotiations with real estate owners and decision-makers • Active market observation and identification of new business opportunities • Close cooperation with the company management and other regional units Your profile: • Education or further training in the real estate sector, for example, real estate management, real estate fiduciary, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry • Business fluent German skills and very good English skills • Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment in actively building and further developing a location • High level of initiative as well as strong implementation and responsibility skills • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working • Confident and convincing appearance when dealing with customers and business partners • Enjoyment of leadership and building a high-performance team • Driver's license What awaits you • Building and further development of a regional business unit • Versatile real estate projects and varied contact persons • Structured introduction to the business model and internal processes • Support for individual further training • Modern workplace in the Basel region with the possibility for home office • Possibility to purchase additional vacation days • Perspective for participation in the company Have we piqued your interest?
