Your tasks
You understand how machines work, and at the same time, you know what is important in commercial day-to-day business? Then you have exactly the combination we are looking for. In the sales back office, you are an important interface between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. You create offers, process orders, and take care of the associated invoices and delivery notes. Furthermore, you obtain information and quotes from suppliers, create term contracts, and check or process the incoming reports. In doing so, you maintain an overview of ongoing orders and, together with your team, ensure reliable and efficient processing.

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training or experience in a technical environment
• Understanding of CNC machines as well as manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, and programming
• Commercial professional experience, preferably in technical sales back office
• Very good German as well as knowledge in English and a confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working
• Communicative, reliable, and team-oriented personality with a good sense for customer needs
