School Assistant, 50-65% The Heilpädagogische Schulzentrum (HPSZ): One school - four locations. We teach and support our students holistically and individually from kindergarten age until leaving school. Our diverse pedagogical offer enables good academic, social and personal development. For the HPSZ Olten, we are looking for a school assistant, 50-65%, starting immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term for 12 months with a possible option for extension. Your responsibility You work actively in the lessons and supervise the students following the instructions of the class teacher. During lunch and during the midday break, you accompany and supervise the students. Individual students with intensive supervision, care and support needs will be supported by you individually, in consultation with the class teacher. You reliably take over delegated administrative, organizational and content-related tasks for the class. You participate in meetings, mandatory events and further training outside of regular school hours as well as in non-teaching time. Your profile As a committed personality, you have completed a pedagogical or therapeutic education or already bring relevant experience as an assistant in the school sector. You enjoy working with children, especially in the area of cognition and communication, and are interested in school structures and processes. Team and communication skills, sense of responsibility, resilience as well as initiative and reliability characterize you. Furthermore, you have German language skills at least at B2 level. Benefits.
