Project Controls Manager (m/w/d)

For our data center project in Beringen, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Project Controls Manager (m/w/d). In this role, you will coordinate the various project areas and ensure through structured, data-based project control that deadlines and budgets are met.

Your tasks

• Analysis and reporting of all project costs
• Control and analysis of budget, revenue, and costs
• Creation of financial and management reports
• Control and analysis of the overall project schedule with Primavera P6
• Monitoring the schedules of subcontractors
• Establishment and maintenance of instruments for progress measurement
• Reporting on project progress and schedule development
• Creation of regular project reports, management dashboards, S-curves, KPIs, and forecasts
• Analysis of claims regarding additional execution time
• Establishment and maintenance of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Creation of project and ad-hoc cost estimates
• Analysis and evaluation of changes and additional costs from contractors
• Review and approval of cost- and schedule-related reports
• Development, maintenance, and regular updating of the integrated
• project schedule with Primavera P6

Your profile

• University degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Project Controls, scheduling, and cost control on large construction or EPC projects
• Experience at an international EPC company
• Sound practical experience with Primavera P6
• Proven experience in Cost Control
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, progress measurement, and variance analysis
• Experience with Earned Value Management, Schedule Risk Analysis, Delay Analysis, and Change Management
• Very good Excel skills as well as experience with project reporting tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a multinational and multidisciplinary project environment
• Fluent German, English, and Turkish skills
