Your tasks with our client • You oversee the holistic and empathetic care and support of people with incurable diseases. • You shape everyday life and symptom control in close coordination with the interdisciplinary team. • You are a stable support for relatives and accompany them with empathy through difficult phases. • You carefully document nursing processes and actively participate in case discussions to continuously improve the quality of life for patients. Qualifications What you bring • A completed education as a nursing professional (HF/FH/DNII). • Ideally, you have already gained experience or further training in the field of Palliative Care or are eager to enter this field. • You possess high emotional resilience and the ability to convey calmness. • Talents with diplomas from EU/EFTA countries are absolutely welcome, provided that SRK recognition is already available or the process has been initiated.
