Agroos Personal AG is continuously looking for qualified and reliable candidates for the medical, construction, and commercial sectors. Currently, we are looking for a Head of Garden Department 100% for our client.

Your tasks:

• Leadership of the garden team
• Maintenance, care, and planting of green spaces
• Structural execution of paths and seating areas
• Project responsibility
• Monitoring/optimization
• Quality control
• Entire quotation system
• Active customer support
• New customer acquisition
• Performing winter services

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Gardener EFZ specializing in garden and landscape construction
• Several years of professional experience in the field of garden and landscape construction
• Open to further education / courses
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Organizational talent with high resilience and ability to multitask
• Initial experience in a leadership position is an advantage
• Independent, precise, and exact way of working
• Proficient use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Driver's license B/BE mandatory
