The Pegasus residential home offers 12 people with disabilities a self-determined and structured home. To complement our team, we are looking for an upright personality who is empathetic, resilient, and committed. Start date: by arrangement Workload: 60 - 100% Specialist in Care / Caregiver (m/f/d) What you must do: • Support clients in managing everyday life and lifestyle design • Working in the daily structure with horses • Promoting independence and individual skills according to life planning • Implementation of basic care and medical measures within the scope of competencies • Organization and accompaniment of leisure activities, camps, excursions, and festivals • Writing progress reports, documentation of daily care routines, and participation in team meetings • Work with relatives What do we expect from you? • Experience in dealing with people with cognitive, physical, and psychological disabilities • High psychological resilience, patience, humor, and strong social competence • Independent, responsible, and team-oriented way of working • You are open to new things and communication in the German language is effortless for you • Willingness to work irregular hours as well as weekend and holiday services • Driver's license Cat.
