For our customer in Thayngen, we are looking for a HR Business Partner (m/w/d) 80-100% Your tasks • Responsibility for the entire recruitment process - from needs analysis to contract signing • Development and implementation of recruiting strategies for various business areas • Conducting interviews and selection procedures in cooperation with the departments • Building and maintaining candidate and partner networks • Advising managers on personnel planning and candidate selection • Designing and implementing a structured onboarding process • Accompanying new employees and organizing introductory seminars • Support with personnel-related topics as well as labor law issues • Participation in HR projects (recruiting, talent management, personnel development) • Promoting a positive corporate culture and employee loyalty Your profile • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a focus on recruiting and onboarding • Knowledge of HR software and recruiting tools • In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law • Very good German language skills, French is an advantage • Communication skills, organizational talent, and independent working style • High social competence, empathy, and solution-oriented approach • Flexibility and willingness to innovate in a dynamic environment The customer offers • A varied job with responsibility • Six weeks of vacation possible • A wide range of tasks where thinking along is explicitly desired • Fair employment conditions Interested in this opportunity?
