Do you dream of shaping a school in a small village school where children and teachers feel comfortable? Then you have come to the right place! We are on a journey together to make good school. At our school, 28 children (1.-4./5.+6. grade) learn from and with each other. As a school, we want to be a place where enthusiastic teaching and learning, research, and encounters happen. Stagnation and boredom do not exist with us!

Tasks ###

• You are the face of the school to the children, parents, and the population; - You lead and support the teachers in their professional daily lives; - You ensure optimal framework conditions so that the teachers can develop and continue their training; - You significantly help shape the organization of our school; - You approach pedagogy with a heart for children; - You teach and promote children with a large portion of passion; - You create trust as a teacher.

Requirements ###

• Completed DAS «Schule leiten» or equivalent training; - You are flexible and open to new things; - You are willing to teach at a small, rural-oriented school; - You bring motivation and commitment to working with the students and the staff; - You have an open ear for the concerns of children, parents, and teachers and dare to successfully conduct even tricky conversations; - It gives you joy to be able to influence and significantly help shape a small village school.
