We offer a fair salary which ranges between CHF 74’000 to CHF 84’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with different competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

What you can achieve.

• You support the team leadership in management tasks in the PostParc branch as well as complementing and representing each other fully.
• You create a working environment that promotes learning and development within the team.
• You create positive customer experiences and, as a role model for your team colleagues in sales, you make an active contribution to the branch's target achievement.
• You sell all postal and non-postal branded items. This includes, for example, regional products or various offers from the telecommunications sector.
• You also actively advise our customers regarding services from various other industries such as health insurance companies, insurance companies, and banks.

What you bring with you.

• You have completed basic training in sales, retail, the commercial sector, or similar and bring corresponding professional experience.
• You are a good role model for your team and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You actively help shape changes and you know how to motivate and involve employees.
• You are digitally fit as well as proficient in the use of common MS Office programs.
• Additionally, you communicate very well orally and in writing in German; any other national language is an advantage.
