For an SME in the industrial sector, we are pleased to support our client in their search for an HR manager as part of the creation of a new position:

An HR manager 80 or 100 %

Your Mission:

• Support the management in its HR and managerial tasks
• Accompany line managers in terms of employee integration, evaluation and annual interviews, repositioning, conflict management etc..
• Management of employees from entry to exit (contract, monitoring of absences, work certificates etc.)
• Implementation of adapted HR processes and standardization of these
• Recruit and accompany line managers according to needs
• Accompany line managers in terms of training, analysis and identification of needs
• Collaborate with the payroll department in order to guarantee an optimal global service

Your Profile:

• Federal Diploma of specialized personnel management
• French native speaker, German a plus
• 5 years of experience as an HR manager ideally in an SME and in the industrial sector
• Pro-active person, possessing a good global vision, a team spirit, knowing how to negotiate and assert ideas
