Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Active participation in the development of the campus as well as the development of future-proof infrastructure and supply concepts in close coordination with the Department of Real Estate & Operations as well as numerous internal and external specialist departments and stakeholders
• Collaboration in demanding, cross-departmental projects in the field of strategic campus development
• Systematic translation of the corporate strategy and corporate goals into concrete infrastructure requirements as well as preparation ready for decision-making for the executive board and committees
• Support of the operational master planning and the use of the operational real estate of HOCH Health Ostschweiz at all locations
• Coordination of requirements from user needs management towards clinical and non-clinical specialist departments as well as bringing in requirements from strategy, supply planning and operations

What you bring to this position ##

• University degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Architecture or Construction/Real Estate Management as well as a recognized qualification in project management
• Several years of professional experience in corporate and/or process development
• Experience in the hospital or healthcare sector is an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant processes as well as confident handling of technical language and the processes of the construction and real estate industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
