Operational Event Manager as of December 2026 to complete the team.

Tasks & Challenges

• Planning, setting up and executing small and large events
• Responsible from detailed arrangements to return transport
• Leading your team on site including shift scheduling
• Active support at the front, host role
• Close collaboration with other suppliers and partners
• Post-processing and creation of invoices
• Administrative tasks

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed training in hospitality/catering
• Catering experience is an advantage
• Leadership experience in a similar function in high-end catering
• Passionate host
• Independent working method, responsible
• Organizational talent, experience with large events
• Languages: German and English, any additional language is an advantage
