What this position offers you ###

• Your workday takes place where our customers are: Every day you are on the move in the East region, delivering household appliances, assembling and disassembling them professionally, and ensuring flawless installation
• You make the necessary adjustments on site and ensure that every appliance works reliably and fits optimally into the existing environment
• You discuss placement, assembly, installation, and connection possibilities with end consumers and resellers
• In targeted training at our headquarters in Zug, you build up your product knowledge step by step. This allows you to advise our customers competently and explain appliances understandably
• You show users how to correctly operate and care for their appliances - personally, understandably, and tailored to their needs

What you bring to the position ###

• You have completed a manual apprenticeship with EFZ or EBA - for example, in the areas of electrical, sanitary, carpentry, building technology, or a comparable specialty
• Ideally, you bring good electrotechnical knowledge as well as initial professional experience - preferably also from the service, assembly, or installation environment
• You already possess the permit according to NIV Art. 15 or are willing to complete this further training with the support of V-ZUG and pass the subsequent exam
• You enjoy working practically, roll up your sleeves, and find a suitable solution even in demanding installation situations. In doing so, you maintain an eye for detail and rely on clean, sustainable work
• You enjoy contact with people. You appear friendly, reliable, and professional and know how to take our customers' needs seriously
• You are physically fit and ready to take on even physically demanding tasks safely and carefully
• You have very good German language skills and communicate clearly, understandably, and in a customer-oriented manner
• A valid driving license of category B is a matter of course for your daily work
