• Operational and personnel management of the Avionic Engineering area (14 employees)
• Ensuring and further development of know-how for technical processing in the maintenance teams (2 shops) as well as towards armasuisse, LBA and Luftwaffe
• Active assistance in the acquisition of new orders and services
• Budgeting and cost center responsibility
• Maintaining contact with customers, manufacturers and suppliers
• Project management as well as participation in working groups and committees

• Engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent training
• High affinity for the military environment

• SAP knowledge (PM)
