For over 30 years, the Wohnheim Baumgarten in Wenslingen (BL) has provided a living space for 21 people with disabilities in three residential groups. Around 50 dedicated employees create individual opportunities for the residents to enable a diverse and joyful life. Not only care and occupation are emphasized, but also working and living with joy in an appreciative environment. FaBe Behindertenbetreuung EFZ 40 - 80% What are your tasks • You accompany and care for the residents, taking into account the greatest possible autonomy. The UNBRK is a guiding principle for you. • You actively participate in maintaining and improving the quality of life for all people involved in the Wohnheim Baumgarten. • You gladly take on responsibility and share with us the joy of this wonderful profession. What we expect • Training as a FaBe EFZ or equivalent training. • Training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it. • You are aware of your strengths and weaknesses and can reflect on them constructively and use them. • You bring your resources into the residential home in an optimal way. • Empathy, good powers of observation, and an assisting attitude are among your strengths. • A driver's license is an advantage.
