In the Team Forest Deployment, you will take technical responsibility for work in forest maintenance and firewood processing and competently lead our supported employees. Thanks to your forestry training, you ensure quality, safety, and professionalism in everyday work. At the same time, you accompany people with sometimes challenging behavior, giving them structure, support, and development opportunities in a nature-oriented environment. Your main tasks Technical guidance and accompaniment of employees with disabilities during work in forest maintenance and firewood processing Planning and safe implementation of forestry activities according to quality and safety standards Structuring everyday work as well as supporting individual learning and development processes Responsibility for the timely and professional execution of our customer orders Contribution to an appreciative team culture and constructive conflict resolution Key person work: accompaniment of agogic processes, development planning and annual discussions What you bring with you Training as a forestry worker EFZ Team-oriented, solution-focused and humorous personality Sensitivity in dealing with people with different abilities and needs Experience and/or further training in the field of work agogics or corresponding experience in the guidance, accompaniment and care of people with disabilities is an advantage Enjoyment of working outdoors in all weather conditions Manual dexterity and physical resilience Independent, professional and careful way of working Driver's license Cat.
