Professional experience in the construction / project management of medium-sized structural engineering projects, experience in the Swiss construction industry an advantage Completed studies in the fields of architecture, civil engineering or construction technology High level of initiative and confident appearance Independent, responsible and efficient way of working Affinity for digital working methods and tools High social competence and commitment Assertive and strong in organization as well as a reliable person Proficient German in speaking and writing Category B driving license advantageous

Area of activity

Responsibility for project execution of demanding new construction and renovation projects across all SIA project phases Lead and accompany construction projects between clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities and contractors Handle correspondence, minutes and appointment coordination independently and professionally Responsibility for project costs, supplementary claims and construction accounting Coordination in various construction projects
