You will ensure full project management, from architectural design to final delivery, guaranteeing quality, respect for deadlines, and cost control. Missions Lead fit-out and construction projects for commercial surfaces, from design to final account. Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into high-performance fit-out concepts. Develop and coordinate architectural plans for sales areas and back-office zones. Guarantee architectural consistency and compliance with applicable standards, norms, and regulations. Establish budgets, optimize costs, and ensure financial monitoring of projects. Supervise orders for fittings, furniture, and professional equipment. Plan, coordinate, and monitor works in collaboration with technical teams and external partners. Lead and participate in site meetings to ensure respect for quality, deadline, and budget objectives. Accept works, ensure the management of reservations and the follow-up of any corrections. Check invoices, manage final accounts, and guarantee the proper administrative closure of projects. Ensure the transmission and archiving of technical documentation of the achievements. Candidate Profile Higher education in architecture, interior architecture, or space design. Minimum 5 years of experience in the fit-out of commercial premises or sales surfaces. Solid experience in the full management of fit-out and finishing works projects. Excellent mastery of AutoCAD and ArchiCAD tools and the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of 3D modeling appreciated. Excellent skills in planning, budget management, and coordination of multiple projects simultaneously. Good knowledge of professional equipment, furniture, and fit-out solutions. Strong capacity for analysis, synthesis, and decision-making. Excellent communication skills and management of relations with various interlocutors. Autonomous, proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented personality. Team spirit, pragmatism, sense of responsibility, and strong customer orientation.
