Chief Accountant (70-100 %) - CDI - Delémont

We are recruiting on behalf of a Swiss organization, active in the health sector and based in the canton of Jura, a Chief Accountant at 70-100 %, within the framework of a CDI.

Your main missions will be the following:

-Supervise daily accounting and financial operations;
-Supervise and support an administrative and accounting team;
-Drive the closing processes and guarantee the reliability of the accounts;
-Supervise general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury;
-Ensure the monitoring of invoicing and salaries;
-Coordinate the preparation of budgets and consolidate the financial data from the different services;
-Develop reporting tools, dashboards and management control;
-Participate in the implementation and improvement of the internal control system;
-Optimize financial and administrative processes in collaboration with operational teams;
-Support the evolution of IT tools and the digitalization of processes;
-Collaborate closely with the financial management and the heads of the different departments.

Profile sought:

-You hold a Bachelor's degree in economics, a federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or an equivalent training;
-Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function, with a good mastery of accounting and financial management;
-You possess experience in team supervision and appreciate close management;
-You master the closing, budget management and reporting processes;
-You have good knowledge in cost accounting and internal control;
-You are comfortable with IT tools and appreciate evolving environments;
-You are autonomous, rigorous, organized and capable of managing multiple priorities;
-You have good interpersonal skills and know how to collaborate with different services;
-Experience in the health sector, a foundation or a semi-public organization is an asset.
