Customer Advisor / Customer Advisor Personnel

What you will move:

• You take responsibility for your own customer book and build long-term, trustworthy relationships
• You advise active and former employees of SZKB holistically - personally, competently and with heart - along our advisory philosophy "well advised, Schwyzer style"
• With your intuition for the individual needs of our customers, you recommend suitable banking products and develop tailor-made solutions
• For optimal support, you specifically involve our internal specialists and thus create a tangible added value

So that you succeed:

• You have several years of professional experience in banking and/or further training in business administration (e.g. HFBF or HFW) or financial advisory / financial planning
• You already have experience in advising customers - especially in the areas of financing and investments - and know how to recognize and respond to individual needs
• With your service orientation and your winning manner, you inspire your customers
• High initiative and entrepreneurial commitment drive you - you think along, roll up your sleeves and contribute ideas
• You are an empathetic personality who is passionately committed to the team, takes responsibility and actively lives our service promise
• Your communication strength and assertiveness help you to convince customers and jointly develop the best solutions
