Day Cleaner Residential Areas Permanent position Immobilien Stadt Zürich For the Facility Management area, we are looking for an experienced day cleaner for the Building Cleaning Residential Areas department, effective immediately or by arrangement Tasks You perform maintenance cleaning including additional and special tasks according to the cleaning orders of the sector manager/property manager of the building cleaning You are responsible for cleaning work in various properties from Monday to Friday, including residential buildings with three to over twenty floors with or without elevator systems You are responsible for the cleaning of stairwells, entrance areas, cellar rooms, laundry rooms including drying rooms, bicycle rooms, storage rooms, common rooms, offices, WC facilities as well as garages if applicable; In this regard, the degree of soiling can vary greatly. You operate cleaning machines and equipment and use various working and auxiliary tools efficiently. If required, you are responsible for spontaneous emergency assignments and special tasks, such as the removal of graffiti, stickers or eggs on facades, windows and doors etc. in the event of vandalism. You provide simple information to tenants upon inquiry and forward these to the administration. Profile Completed basic building cleaning course and at least 3 years of professional experience in cleaning Experience in handling cleaning machines (e.g. scrubber-dryers) Category B driver's license (mandatory) The activity requires high physical resilience, flexibility and commitment. The work is carried out both indoors and outdoors and is exposed to the weather conditions.
