Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

To complete our technical office, we are looking for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor, available immediately or by arrangement, capable of studying projects, preparing precise offers, and ensuring their administrative and financial follow-up.

?? Your responsibilities

• Preparation of quotes and quantities
• Study of plans and tender documents
• Preparation of submission files
• Price requests from suppliers and subcontractors
• Analysis and comparison of offers
• Establishment of amendments and accounts
• Collaboration with management, the technical office, and site teams

?? Your profile

• Training in the field of landscaping, outdoor developments, or construction
• Experience in calculation, quantities, and submissions
• Good reading and understanding of plans
• Comfort with numbers and mastery of standard IT tools
• Knowledge of Baubit software is an asset
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of German appreciated
• Rigor, autonomy, reliability, and sense of organization
• Good team spirit and good communication skills
