Production Worker Food Processing

Introduction

Tasks

• Checking, applying and following the recipe instructions
• Providing, weighing, controlling raw materials (AVOR) - changing, controlling and preparing the nougat plant
• Cooking, assessing, changing and producing nougat according to recipe templates
• Controlling, bagging and palletizing finished products
• Evaluating, determining, collecting and subsequently entering production data on the production log as well as forwarding and informing
• Shift work
• Ensuring, executing, following and verifying the cleaning of the plants and premises according to hygiene regulations

Profile

• Training as a baker/cook is an advantage
• Initial experience in production, ideally in the food sector
• Willingness to work in shift operation
• Good German skills (oral and written)
• High awareness of hygiene and careful way of working
• Teamwork skills and reliability
• Physically resilient and motivated
