Vocational Trainer in Garden and Landscape Construction 20% and Plant Production 60% or combined 80% The Bildungszentrum Emme (bzemme) is a cantonal educational institution with locations in Burgdorf, Langnau i. E. and Oeschberg near Koppigen. The Gartenbauschule Oeschberg department is a full-time school for horticulture, plant production and floristry, offering training courses at EFZ and EBA levels as well as pre-apprenticeships. The mensa and the residential and leisure facilities on the «Campus Oeschberg» offer the best conditions for learning and living in a green environment. To complement our team, we are looking for a Vocational Trainer Garden and Landscape Construction 20% Plant Production 60% or combined 80% as of 1 November 2026 or by agreement. Tasks: You train gardeners, supervise and promote learners professionally and personally, and work actively with them. Requirements: You have completed training as a gardener EFZ (garden and landscape construction and/or plant production), enjoy working with young people, and convince through independent and team-oriented work.
