Your tasks

• In this important hub function between our customers and suppliers, the indoor and outdoor service, you are responsible for the technical advice of our customers
• You process customer inquiries and complaints independently and develop offers and proposals in cooperation with the outdoor service
• You are an active member of the sales back office and thus co-responsible for the correct processing of orders and inquiries and other administrative work
• You plan and organize product procurement and monitor the ordering processes
• You make clarifications with suppliers
• You support sales promotion measures
• You are present and help at company events
• You perform general office work

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a sanitary technician, sanitary planner or draftsman, you can read plans
• Further training in the commercial field would be desirable
• Very good IT skills and sound knowledge in the MS Office environment
• Customer-oriented action and open, fast access to our customers and suppliers
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously
• You appreciate dealing with people and love customer contact
• You are resilient and appreciate a small, familiar team
• You possess very good German skills in speaking and writing (native language)
