For our client, an established company in the field of technical security solutions, we are looking for a technically savvy and customer-oriented personality as a Service Technician Fire Alarm Systems (BMA). The position is suitable for both experienced specialists and motivated career starters or career changers with a technical background.

Your Tasks

In this versatile field service role, after structured training, you will independently undertake service and maintenance work on existing fire alarm systems. Your tasks include, in particular:

• Service and maintenance of existing fire alarm systems
• Periodic replacement of automatic fire detectors
• Carrying out functional checks and simple technical tests
• Professional documentation of the work performed
• Professional support and advice for customers on site
• Independent organization and execution of the assigned assignments
• Depending on experience and after appropriate training, minor adjustments to the programming

Your Profile

For this position, we are looking for a reliable personality with technical understanding and enjoyment of customer contact. Ideally, you bring the following:

• Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical profession, such as electrical, mechanics, building technology, or automation
• Career starters are expressly welcome
• Career changers with a technical background will also be considered
• Good technical understanding and interest in security technology
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Neat appearance as well as a friendly and professional demeanor
• Good computer skills
• Willingness to develop professionally in the field of fire alarm systems
