As part of a temporary reinforcement of our team, we are looking for an HR Manager oriented towards Payroll for a fixed-term contract of 6 months with an activity rate of 50% to 70%. This position is based in Lausanne with occasional travel to Genève- Versoix. Your missions: Reporting to the Human Resources team, you will primarily ensure the payroll management of two establishments and contribute to the smooth running of HR activities. In this capacity, you will notably be required to: Manage the employee life cycle. Manage the monthly salary process: entry and control of variables, calculation and closing of payroll. Declare and ensure the follow-up of sickness, accident, and other absence files, as well as daily allowances. Perform annual declarations to social insurance providers. Participate in the preparation of HR dashboards (absenteeism, turnover, social indicators, etc.). Respond to requests from employees and managers on common human resources matters. Provide administrative support to the HR team. Your profile: Confirmed experience in payroll management (required). Hold of the Certificat de Gestionnaire RH or an equivalent training. Knowledge of Mirus software and the hotel sector: a real asset. Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written. Autonomous, rigorous, organized person with a good team spirit.
