Sales Inside Sales Representative 80-100% (all)

For our customer in Obfelden, we are looking for a reliable and conscientious Sales Inside Sales Representative (all). This is a direct permanent position that can be started immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Support of German- and French-speaking customers
• Processing of customer inquiries and orders as well as creation of offers
• Coordination of delivery dates and clarification of customer wishes
• Support in the planning and calculation of custom orders
• Cooperation with the field service, logistics and external partners
• Maintenance of customer and product data as well as optimization of internal processes
• Occasional support in the warehouse

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• at least 5 years of professional experience in inside sales
• Knowledge in the building materials industry is a great advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing and good French skills at least B2-level
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Good understanding of numbers and self-confident person
