Job Description ##

• Accompany the patient in activities of daily living, while supporting their autonomy
• Actively contribute to the patient's therapeutic and life project, taking into account their objectives and their environment
• Observe the evolution of patients and ensure quality handovers
• Guarantee the well-being, safety and comfort of patients
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, in a global and personalized care approach

Qualifications ##

• Nursing assistant diploma
• Experience in a clinical, rehabilitation or geriatric setting is an asset
• Interest in the autonomy and life project of the patient
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Dynamic, reliable and patient-oriented personality
