Floor Porter

Luggage service & logistics: Reliable transport of guest luggage during arrival and departure as well as the secure storage, distribution and coordination of deliveries and errands on the floors. Support of housekeeping: Active help with heavy work on the floors (e.g. turning mattresses, setting up rollaway beds, transporting carpets) as well as stocking the floor cupboards with fresh linen. Guest service & presence: Warm, discreet contact person for guests in the corridors for spontaneous requests, luggage storage or logistical concerns within the framework of 5-star service. Requirements Physical fitness & resilience: High physical endurance and strength for lifting and carrying heavy pieces of luggage and equipment throughout the entire working day. Service mentality & discretion: Strong service orientation, absolute confidentiality in handling the privacy of guests as well as a consistently polite and well-groomed appearance. Communication & flexibility: Good oral communication in German and/or English for guest contact and team coordination, combined with the willingness to work flexible shifts in seasonal operations.
