Sales Administrator Inside Sales (f/m/d) 80-100%

Introduction

We have been waiting for you! We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Administrator Inside Sales (f/m/d) 80-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Take responsibility for order entry as well as the creation of offers and invoices
• Coordinate scheduling of production orders in dialogue with customers and production
• Support customer service through close cooperation with our field service
• Independently follow up on assigned objects and maintain an overview
• Perform various administrative tasks in the office efficiently

Profile

• Ideally bring professional experience in inside sales in the construction industry or related construction industries
• Possess very good knowledge of common Office programs and CRM systems
• Demonstrate quick comprehension and remain calm even in stressful situations
• Speak fluent German in spoken and written form; French language skills are an advantage
• Let yourself be inspired by new challenges and be resilient and committed
