Your contribution

• Hub function in a lively environment as a service provider: supporting the department and the employees in administrative and organizational aspects (e.g., organizing meetings and specialist conferences)
• Managing contracts and monitoring department business (e.g., accounts payable workflow)
• Drafting or translating demanding correspondence and documents in German and French, as well as providing information in both languages (e.g., telephone service in the department secretariat, answering emails with stylistic confidence in German)
• Collaborating on the department's web presence
