Job Description

Do you like being on the road, love customer contact, and know the construction industry? Then this could be your next challenge!
To expand our team, we are looking for a communicative and committed personality who enjoys visiting customers, nurturing relationships, and finding suitable solutions for companies and specialists.

Your tasks:

• You visit construction companies, nurture existing customer relationships, and acquire new customers
• You are regularly on the road in field service and know the needs of our customers on site
• You advise companies on personnel issues and support them in filling open positions
• You conduct conversations with candidates, recognize their strengths, and find suitable opportunities for deployment
• You accompany the entire placement process from the first contact to the successful placement
