Intervention management: you organize interventions and guarantee the contractual scope in GMAO, while verifying the application of maintenance plans via the GMAO. Subcontracting management: you effectively manage subcontracting and the transversal services of your sector. Reporting: you regularly follow up on your activity with your direct manager. Client communication: you are the main point of contact with the client, you report on the execution of the contract and ensure client satisfaction. Continuous improvement: you propose improvements to optimize performance, functioning, and customer service, with a particular emphasis on health, safety, and the environment ( Contract management: you ensure rigorous monitoring of contracts in collaboration with the various departments of the company (Energy Efficiency service, sales) and you are the guarantors of business profitability What characterizes you. You hold a degree in the field of climate engineering or training deemed equivalent. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland.
