For our residences welcoming people in situations of intellectual disability, we are looking for a:
Care and support assistant (ASA) at night
Your mission
Ensure care and offer personalized support to resident persons, according to the mandate and under delegation ;
Ensure, through an active presence, the continuity of support, the safety of persons and property during the night ;
Ensure the well-being of resident persons by performing the monitoring prescribed within the framework of the organization of the night service ;
Ensure the maintenance of premises and equipment according to needs ;
Ensure routine administrative tasks related to the function.
Your profile
AFP in care and support assistance (ASA) or title deemed equivalent with recognition from SEFRI ;
Solid experience in the support of persons in situations of disability ;
Ability to work autonomously by prioritizing actions according to emergencies ;
Discretion, sense of responsibility, rigor and adaptation ;
Ease in evolving and communicating within an interprofessional team ;
Ease with IT and office tools ;
Availability to work in evening and night shifts.
