We are looking for a

Floor Supervisor

in a temporary employment relationship (summer season 2026)

Your area of responsibility includes:

• You support our Executive Housekeeper in all aspects of daily business
• You ensure the quality standard on the floors and in the public areas
• You create training units according to LQA standards and conduct them
• You help to delegate and lead our long-standing international Housekeeping team
• You maintain and promote team spirit and working atmosphere
• You support the care of our staff houses
• Guest care is your top priority and you love to use your foreign language skills to do so

Your qualifications are:

• You have completed a vocational training with in-depth Housekeeping knowledge
• You have already gained experience in luxury hotels
• You are flexible in dealing with changes and challenges of 5-star hotels
• You speak English fluently, additional languages are welcome
