As a works director, with experience in construction site management in Switzerland, you accompany the execution of the works, from the start of construction until commissioning. Your activities also include cost planning as well as the monitoring of tenders and awards. In collaboration with our project team, you optimize the progress of the works, establish the schedule and monitor costs as well as compliance with contractual conditions. You are in direct relation with the Client and represent a positive image.

Responsibilities

• Direction, organization and technical and administrative management of construction sites
• Calculation of offers
• Compliance with qualitative results, margin objectives and scheduling
• Management of your team of employees
• Allocation and coordination of tasks between team members
• Management of material and supplies
• Preparation of daily and monthly reports
• Application of safety rules
• Participation in site meetings

Profile

• Certificate of studies in architecture (HES or EPF) or building draughtsman / ES Technician
• In-depth experience and professional skills in Works Management
• Knowledge in the field of tenders
• Knowledge in the field of writing tenders (Messerli)
• Knowledge in the field of financial organization of construction sites (Messerli)
• Knowledge of SIA standards in Switzerland
• Organizational skills, structured and reliable working method
• Mastery of spoken and written French
