Construction Site Manager M/F Your missions ## • Prepare, organize and monitor construction sites • Supervise and coordinate teams on the ground • Plan works and ensure compliance with deadlines • Control the quality of execution of the works • Ensure compliance with safety standards and current procedures • Ensure the follow-up of material supplies • Be the primary contact for the works manager and the various stakeholders • Ensure the smooth running of operations until the acceptance of the works Your profile ## • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager • 10 years of experience or more strongly appreciated • Experience in Switzerland mandatory • Confirmed experience in structural work and/or finishing work • Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards and current safety rules • Excellent organizational, coordination and management skills • Leadership, autonomy and sense of responsibility We offer ## • Several positions to be filled in the canton of Genève • 10-day mission with possibility of evolution • Rapid start • Attractive salary according to experience and current CCT • Personalized support by our team
