Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Aid (40%)

For our restaurant, we are looking for a dedicated personality as a kitchen assistant/kitchen aid (40%).

The focus is on the preparation of authentic specialties of Tamil and Indian cuisine.

Your tasks

• Preparation of food
• Support in the preparation of traditional Tamil and Indian dishes
• Assistance with Mise en Place
• Compliance with hygiene regulations
• General kitchen work

Your profile

• Experience in Tamil and/or Indian cuisine
• Knowledge of traditional spices and cooking methods
• Clean and reliable working method
• Team-oriented and resilient
• German language skills are an advantage
